Refund & Returns Policy For Consumers
We take pride in delivering fresh and quality snacks. However, due to the perishable nature of food products. we follow strict return and refund guidelines.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted only in cases of defective, damaged, expired or wrongly delivered products.
- Items must be unused, unopened and in original packaging.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with proof (images/video).
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or partially consumed food packets.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery.
Refund Process
- Once approved, refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be processed via bank transfer/UPI.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Replacement Policy
- Replacement is offered for the same product (subject to availability).
If replacement is not possible, refund will be issued.
