Shipping Coverage

• We deliver across India via trusted courier/logistics partners.
• Orders are dispatched from Kanjari – Nadiad – Gujarat.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Delivery timelines: 3–7 working days depending on destination.
• In case of unexpected delays, customers will be notified via email/SMS.

Shipping Charges

• Calculated at checkout based on weight, size and delivery location.
• Free shipping may apply on orders above a certain value (announced in offers).

Tracking

• Customers receive a tracking number once the order is shipped.
• Tracking can be done through the courier partner’s website or our portal.

Delivery Attempts

• If the recipient is unavailable, the courier partner may attempt redelivery.

Undeliverable orders (wrong address, repeated failed delivery) may be returned to us and re-delivery charges may apply.
